Locations villas de rêve à Ile Lembongan

« We got room number 2. The outside terrace is fantastic. But the rest lack in clealiness. We found 2 enornous cockroaches in the room and a dead geko. The towels are dirty and the bed linen too. The manager, seeing all these animals,  proponed us to find a new hotel and to refund us, but we would have lost too.much time. We were very disappointed. It is not what we expected, specially for the money we paid. But the staff is really nice, specially the housekeepers and the offered us what we took...

« Excellent property, perfect, however a lot of building work surrounds property currently, working long hours, there was also a local bar with karaoke late into night one evening, we unfortunately had noisy neighbours in adjacent building playing loud awful music - that was unfortunate. Service level and commuication was excellent. »
