'The reception was very nice and provided us with an upgrade to the higher floor. The view of the room was great and the overall condition was considered good except there was a brown seed-like thing found on the corner of the mattress. This led to a doubt in the overall cleanliness of the room. '

'Was opened in 2016, the renovation is new and modern. Lighting in the room is good. I booked through Expedia but they said I’m the first customer who booked through Expedia and they couldn’t check me in. I need to use their phone to call Expedia in order to fix it. So the hotel upgraded me to deluxe suite. The suite was super big. Bathroom was nice. But the hairdryer was a cheap one and need to keep the button depressed in order to operate. The bed was ok.
