'From the exceptional customer service of every one we encountered, to the great hot breakfast (cold is also available if that’s your jam), to the laundry where you can pay with card or Apple Pay (a huge plus), and the impeccably clean room, this stay was first rate all the way! I felt safe the whole time. There is underground parking for when the weather is temperamental. And I honestly felt close to everything. Will definitely stay there again!'

When we arrived to checked in the person suppose to be at the front counter was rude and sitting at a table on his cell phone. He asked our name, said we were ready to go and pass cards on the front counter. Later went for a walk to check out the spa. Was a sign saying out of order when they just told us the day before it was all usable. When we question the front...

'When we first arrived, they gave us two rooms, one of which hadn't been cleaned, so we had to go back and wait in line again to get another cleaned room. The lake view with balcony was a joke, the balcony held one person, max, and didn't feel secure in the least. Otherwise, the rooms were comfortable and clean and the Dam Bar and restaurant were fun and had good food and drinks.'

'It is not easy looking for a room to fit a family of 6 but the room was perfect for us. I loved it had a pool for the kids hot tub for parents. Breakfast was great. Staff was super helpful when I needed anything. The most Important thing to me is that it was clean! It was beautiful inside and looked new.'
