Hotelresorts in Het eiland Cape Breton

'Sadly, this was the most disappointing accommodation of our trip. I had dreamed of staying in a dome for years, and after hearing about friends’ luxurious experiences elsewhere, I was really looking forward to this being a highlight of our vacation. Unfortunately, we arrived to a cold dome with very few amenities — just a coffee machine with three pods and paper cups, a bar fridge, and one small lamp that left the dome quite dark at night. There was no running water, and the bathrooms were a...

'Everything was clean and easy access. The yurt was beautiful and very comfortable. And the individual hot tub was divine. Only “complaint”, not a lot of options for restaurants in the area open for dinner. The Bistro is closed though they offered us to eat the buffet they had for a function for 40/ person. Didn’t seem worth the money. But the accommodations and bathroom/shower were perfect! Just plan to eat before checking in. (Though the pizza place up the road was open, and very good)'

'Beautiful view, old and outdated yurt and very hot inside. Kayaks definitely should be included within the price.'

'The facilities were run down, no hot water in showers and water ran down to no pressure along with mold in bathrooms. The dome looked like it hadn't been wiped down on the inside in a long time not something you would want to see during normal times but shouldn't be the case for public safety during covid. I feel like there is a complete lack of care or safety.'

'A bit dirty, but its a camping outdoor experience, I guess. Tent leaked in the rain.'

'Quiet, peace-filled natural place to stay. The dome was well-maintained and very clean. We loved all the little extras like the grounding matt, the essential oil diffuser, and fireplace. The hot tub was the perfect temperature!'

'The area was so nice and quiet.the host was so friendly and sincere, I’ve been to domes before and I found this one to be the cleanest of all with everything you need right there , we felt that if we did need something extra that our wishes would be fulfilled overall a great place and a great stay '
