Villa's in Isle of Wight

'They could have came to clean my room more. I was gone 6 hours and returned back and my room was not clean. I never seen a outdoor pool'

'The room was clean. The staff was very kind and courteous. My stay was very enjoyable. My only drawback was that the hotel ran out of eggs, pancakes and yogurt for their free continental breakfast one morning. I mainly booked my stay there, so we did not have to buy breakfast at a restaurant. Other than that, the stay was fine. I would stay there again.'

'Room was clean, but outdated. Shower faucet did not turn off properly, visible signs of wear and age, mildew smell coming from air conditioning. Staff were kind and helpful. Arcade rooms great for kids.'

'The one good thing about this property is how close it is to the beach. The room and the bathroom were not clean, the beds were hard as a rock. I had to go chase somebody down because there was no toilet paper or washcloths in my room. It was so noisy a person would not be able to sleep, even if they could sleep on those beds. I checked out after one night and they could not even care enough to ask me why I was leaving two days early.'

'The room was super clean, beds were ok, not great. We had an ocean view which was fantastic. We love Barracudas one of our favorite places to eat. A few things to mention the bottom drawer was missing in the dresser. We don’t use it so not a huge deal for us and the fridge worked but it did freeze things and the door on the fridge was rusted and banged up. I would stay here again it really was super clean!!'
