'Ik kwam bij de hotel na twee dagen vliegen, stonk een uur in de wind natuurlijk, maar geen commentaar erover en werd vriendelijk behandeld. Room service was ook zeer goed gedaan.'

The onsen was truly special, and the staff—particularly our nakai-san—were extremely helpful and welcoming. The food was outstanding throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience authentic ryokan culture.'
