'House was exactly what we needed for our group of 11! The large open family room dining area/kitchen is PERFECT for this size of group. Elevator came in extra handy in transporting bags to bedrooms unpo arrival and departure AND when grilling food. Loved the rooftop deck in the early mornings for sunrise and sunsets. Close to downtown nightlife and close to the beach. Bunkroom is a little small for 5 people to stay in ... I would suggest switching the 1st floor master suite to a multi bed room...

'Other than the ice maker on the refrigerator not functioning, the place was great. The boardwalk construction was not all complete so it had a bad drop off at the end, but we were able to make that work. '

It was nice that there was staff stationed outside monitoring guests in/out most of the weekend. The communication with our host was excellent. Would definitely recommend this property. '

'Place was comfortable and perfect for just me and my husband. Location was good. Communication with host was quick and they were very polite and helpful. Our refrigerator had an odor, so we bought 2 deodorizing boxes to help that. No other major issues. Also, property was close to the beach, which we were happy about. '

'Property exceeded our expectations. It's big and we had plenty of room to space out with our 7 person party. Usually properties are much smaller than the photos make it appear but this one was larger. There were tons of games and beach gear available for us to use. Pool and hot tub were smaller then expected but distance to beach was short. Beds were all very soft. There are a lot of stairs. If anyone has mobility issues, thats something to be aware of. There is an elevator available if needed....

'Our extended family all met here for a 5 day stay. Condo was exactly as advertised and in very good shape. Really enjoyed the other amenities when we weren't at the beach (pool, pickleball). Recommend Texas Red Golf carts if you need one!!'
