'One of the best places i have stayed in New Zealand! Staff were amazing and very friendly. The best mattress - a proper mattress- ive had during my trip. The mattress was soft enough, not like a board, a full sized queen (not two singles pushed together) and was lower to the ground. Bathroom clean and tidy. Nice thick towels. 'Room was comfortable but did wake to a domestic abuse in a room across the hall. It took two calls to get reception to respond. It was upsetting for my daughter. I understand that it was probably unusual but I still paid the same money.'
