'Didnt like the roaches that were biting me in the bed crawling all over dishes and out door when opening to greet guests. The manager sent me a can of spray to use . The washer was out of order.'

'Excellent customer service, clean apartment, spacious, comfortable, air conditioned, convenient location, wonderful staff, elevator. All the convenience you need. I give them 5 stars all around!! If they maintain the same level of service and customer care, I will surely return!!'

'The room that I rented was a room inside of an apartment. The second bedroom and sitting room belonged to a different guest. I paid via Hotels.com an Yp George Hotel told me that if I wanted to extend my stay that I would have to pay cash, if not for me to check out. That they had no affiliation with Hotels.com. I paid for a room with a kitchen, the stove didn't work bc it didn't have electricity, only used a generator.'

'It was not a good experience. I did not stay because it was so dirty. There was no formal check-in process. When I arrived there was no knowledge that a “hotel” existed.'
