'This was our 3rd time in Ao Nang but 1st time staying at Songbird. From the initial booking until we left communication and information was fantastic. Apartment was spotlessly clean. Location is perfect, not to close to the main strips so much quieter but everything within 20 min walking distance or a quick grab/tuk tuk. 'Do not stay here, the place is unfinished and the staff whilst helpful are untrained. The ‘beach’ is a strip of sand behind concrete blocks. The sea and surrounding areas are very dirty and lots of rubbish. At one end there is tones of rubbish piled up, the other end there is a huge rusty barge that has pumps and welders on all day. The resort is on a very steep hillside and the only way to get up to room is by buggy which never arrives when you order it. Ordered beers in both the pool bar...
