'The house is well maintained. Check-in was very easy. The house is located in the woods in a bit of a labyrinth of small roads. The kitchen facilities were great. Craig had recently purchased a new set of pots and pans that were in excellent condition. Craig was extremely helpful and welcoming. Everything functioned well from the stove to the bathroom. '

'Great location - perfect for our family with little kids. Water they can wade in and the main beach nearby. Although by no means would this be bad for folks without small kids - the main beach is right there and lots to do on Chappy, while still feeling very relaxing and off the beaten path. Thanks!'

'Great house with enjoyable blend of spaciousness and cozy appeal. Kitchen was well appointed and great overall aesthetic, layout - roomy for 5. Upstairs suite very open and lots of windows in house. 5 min drive to BREATHTAKING reservation on beach ($20 to park for non members and well worth it), peaceful Japanese gardens nearby too. There's a super cute 500ft ferry ride ($35 round trip) to get to and from this location so plan for food accordingly!'

'The outside decks are great, and the beach really is a 10-15 min walk away. If you rent your self a bike you’ll be able to go wherever you like. Would definitely stay again.'

'We had a great stay at this house. The house is clean,. The host was gracious, and the house is in a convenient location on Chappaquiddick. Lots of kitchen amenities, and it's convenient having the washer and dryer. This house did provide linens. One of my biggest complaints with Chappy rental houses is the refusal to provide linens. This house had plenty of linens, which was one reason why we rented it. Parking was easy as well. '

'Serene getaway in an idyllic location! Our family spent a week at this property in mid-August and found it to be just right for everyone - our young kids loved all the toys, games and the trampoline, and the adults loved the great natural lighting (thanks to all those skylights) and the gorgeous views from upstairs and the balcony.
