For your holiday discovering the island of Yeu, we offer you an atypical and charming house. Who could guess, seeing its lovely terrace and its small flowery garden, that it was once the island's police station? Renovated with taste, it has been arranged to accommodate 6 people. Here, you will not find a king-size master suite or a large Italian shower. It is quirky, sometimes narrow, with beams, old creaking floorboards, and the blue staircase leading to this funny little hidden bathroom right at the top. From a police station, it has become a cabin, a pirate boat, or a secret hideout, and that is precisely the charm of this 65m2 house.



First, you'll discover the garden and its 40m2 terrace, sheltered from prying eyes and wind, where you'll enjoy outdoor meals and good barbecue grilling.

Here, you disconnect! There is no wi-fi, no television. You enjoy reconnecting with family or friends.

On the ground floor, the living area has a lounge corner to relax, a dining room for your meals, and a fully equipped kitchen. You'll find a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, as well as a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. For your breakfasts, you'll find a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster. You'll also find at this level, a small bathroom with a shower, a washbasin and a WC.

On the first floor, the sleeping area has 3 small bedrooms. In the first, a Queen Size bed (160/200) welcomes you. In the second, you'll find two single beds (90/190). And in the third, two bunk beds in a sailor cabin decor will delight the children. A few steps higher, the second bathroom in the house completes the house.

The house does not have parking, but if you come with your bikes, you'll find a shelter to store them in the garden. A washer-dryer is also available.

Dunes, rocky coast, small villages vary the landscape. The island spirit takes hold of you, 25 km from the mainland.
