'The room was very clean. The check-in process was a little frustrating as we did not recieve the codes untill 30 minutes before check-in. As it was described as self-checkin it worried us as we were not sure if we could ever checkin on time. It would have been better if the message sent the day before mentions that it can be send till half an hour before the earliest check-in time.'

'It was a little apartment but it provided us with everything we needed for our stay in Busan. We absolutely love Jeonpo area (stayed here on a previous trip) so it was perfectly located for us. There is a convenience store at the entrance and so many cute cafés and restaurants nearby. The metro entrance is right in front of the building (so convenient) and when we had some difficulties with the WiFi someone came to fix it right away. 'Beautiful hotel and felt like a luxury apartment. We could see the sun rise from our living room. Would stay again as it was clean, convenient and right next to Busan Station'

'The location and room were great. Beddings were comfortable, amenities were nice, and I loved having the convenience of using the washer, stove, and microwave! However, if I had to share something that needed improvement, it would be the smell that would creep into the room (maybe from the drains) and the gnats that would come in through somewhere. Other than that, everything was great and I would still come back to stay with El Stay again!'

'Great location for exploring the different parts of Busan. The area itself is less touristy then some of the other districts, resulting in a more pleasant stay. Many restaurants and shops nearby, and open until quite late. The room itself is a bit older, but it was kept very clean. I stayed on one of the higher floors, and heard very little noise from outside or from other rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would stay here again when visiting Busan.'
