Villa's in Elba

'Die Abende auf den Terrassen waren wunderschön. Ein schöner Blick auf´s Meer, den Strand und die Berge. Am Strand waren wir täglich Gast in jeweils einem der zwei Strandrestaurants-bzw.-bars. Haus und Insel waren absolut die Reise wert!'

'Wir haben unsere Zeit auf Elba und in dem sehr schönen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Sehr herzlich wurden wir von Ingrid empfangen. Es liegt etwas den Berg hoch aber ist mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Man konnte direkt mit dem Hund auf dem Wanderweg der direkt am Haus liegt ganz in Ruhe los wandern. Sehr schön ist der Garten die vielen Terrassen und die Ruhe. 'We spent two weeks in the house overlooking the bay and had a wonderful time. The house is beatifully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, much bigger that we thought from the photos. The view from the living room is superb, but so are views from the many other spots were you can sit and enjoy the surrounding nature. Then of course a wonderfult pool immersed in the Elba forest. 'Agree with previous reviews, a lovely property with stunning views and great outside space. Not an easy track from the main road so need a sturdy small car. No safe way to walk to town so a car essential. Weather unusually cold and wet for May so we were unable to use the lovely outside space but couldn’t fault the villa and Laura’s communication was friendly and fast. 'Really awesome place. House with plenty of space, clean, very well equipped with all we needed. Everything as described. Calm and splendid view! Walking distance to the beach. Anna is a very nice host! She offered selfmade marmelade and dolci. Communication also before was perfect and helpful. Thank you for everything! We had a wonderful stay and felt very at ease in her house. It is definitly a place to be recommended!'

'Our entire family, grand-parents, kids and grandchildren stayed in this marvelous villa for a week and enjoyed the beautiful view over the bay of Porto Azzurro, the refreshing swimming pool, and the green surroundings. 'Die Villa ist nett eingerichtet und liegt alleinstehend auf einem abgetrennten Grundstück. Der Garten ist groß mit genug Schatten, aber steinig. Der Check-in Prozess läuft völlig digital und reibungslos ab. Der kleine Strand am Meer liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe und durch die Bucht ist das Meer auch sehr ruhig ohne größere Wellen. Leider gab es viele Mücken und wir wollten uns deshalb kaum draußen aufhalten. Dennoch haben wir die Zeit dort genossen.'

'Splendida villa con vista meravigliosa sulla baia di Portoferraio. Accesso diretto al mare con pontile privato. La casa dispone di ogni comfort, unica pecca necessiterebbe di qualche piccola manutenzione (scaletta molo, chiusura dei cancelletti...).'

'The last 300 m road to the house is very bumpy ( more like a 4 WD track)- on the last ramp to the house the bike trailer screached and was demanged. The temperatur in the house was 15°C and when we swichted on the heating the main rediator was leaking and couldn't be used anymore - either heating or hot water isworking - one night we didn't have hot water (alter all day biking) next evening we had 16°C inside and rain outside and the heating started only at 10 PM Unfortunaly the house keeper...

'Perfect place to explore Elba island - 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. Nice little villa with 2 bedrooms and wonderful garden with view to the mountains.'

'Großzügiges Haus und Grundstück, mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer und eigenem Zugang zu kleinem Kiesstrand. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Lediglich die sehr kleine Küche und einzelne Teile der Einrichtung (Bad, Geschirrzusammensetzung, Stühle/ Liegen auf der Sonnenterrasse) sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.'

'Es ist ein schönes Haus mit super Aussicht und ganz dicht am historischen Ortskern. Wir saßen gerne auf der Terrasse, schlenderten durch den netten Ort und fuhren zu den schönen Badebuchten, die auch im Herbst noch zum Baden einladen. Tagsüber hört man auf der Terrasse die Straße, was uns nicht gestört hat.'

'Nous sommes très déçues de cette location. La route juste en contrebas de la maison génére une nuisance importante, le trafic est incessant.... Aucun produit à disposition pour se prémunir des fourmis envahissantes malgré les précautions prises. Dommage la maison est bien aménagée et sympathique.'

'Een mooi huis, maar helaas niet goed te bereiken door de steile, niet geasfalteerde weg er naar toe. Met minder zware auto waarschijnlijk wel te bereiken. Rustige omgeving, heel prettig huis met mooi groot terras.'

'Je n'ai malheureusement pu profiter du logement que deux nuits car j'ai du rentrer en France pour raisons familiales ! L'hébergement est propre , conforme à la description , peut être qu'il manquerait juste un four micro-ondes dans la cuisine ! L'hôte a eu la gentillesse de me rembourser les nuits perdues suite à mon départ précipité !'
