' Check in super easy. Pre checkin email very helpful, made us feel welcome.Kitchen had essentials. Bring your own things if you want to cook very much. Water Park passes a wonderful extra. Indoor pool very clean. Proximity to Asseteague a plus. Can walk to a Family Dollar. Great vacation for 200th Pony Penning.'

'Loved everything a out the property the location the surrounding businesses proximity to the areas we were visiting. The only thing i would add would be a listing of the local restaurants that delivered.'

'Great central location. Not fancy, but very functional. The bath linens are quite worn and the space is dated (the washcloths would not be fit for my rag bag) - but it was fine for what we needed. We had no communication with the Mng so that can be a plus or minus depending on your expectations. We are self sufficient so it worked great for us.'

'The owner went above and beyond with customer service, being highly responsive and accommodating. The location of the Blue House is perfect: a quiet residential neighborhood with friendly neighbors, near restaurants, grocery stores and a five minute drive to the beach or bay. The owners have every appliance you could ever want so we had fun with the air fryer. We stayed in January but this house has a deck, four beach bikes, a fire pit and ping-pong table. The yard is fenced and our dogs loved...

'We stayed here for the oceans calling tour. Overall, it’s fairly clean and its location is great. Communication and checkin was easy. The property managers are very nice and quick to respond if we had any questions. '
