« We came to Newport for the Newport Jazz Festivsl. I highly recommend this lovely apartment. Kelly was the most responsive and truly helpful host I have ever met!! The place was spotless. The linens were fresh, the bathroom and kitchen very clean, and the floors dust-free. The sofa was super comfortable for watching a movie at the end of the day. The home was also quiet and air-conditioned. We could not have been happier! »

« Check in was stressful. The code on one of the apartments did not work, in fact the lock looked like it was falling off the door. There was very little toilet paper, no hot water in two of the showers, upstairs bedroom was cold with only a light blanket on bed. The managers were helpful and immediately responsive to fix these issues but it was too bad that the apartment was not ready for us. Excellent location in downtown Newport. »
