'We read so many good reviews about the service of the staff that we went with high expectations on that part. Unfortunately it was not as expected. We always had to get our own drinks from the bar, no one ever asked if they could support, check in very slow and not attentive, some of the staff were very polite but most of them just below average of kind. 'Het appartement had een prachtig uitzicht over zee al geld dit uitzicht maar voor 7 kamers. Het was schoon vriendelijk personeel en het ontbijt op de kamer was geweldig. Voor het strand moet je even lopen al ligt het complex aan zee. Wij hebben redelijk wat overlast gehad van de rooftop bar van het hotel ernaast je moest soms hardop praten tegen elkaar op je eigen balkon wij hadden kamer A4 die zit daar dichtbij niet altijd even prettig dus ,de muziek gaat om 07.00 aan en stopt rond 22:00 uur...

'Inchecken was makkelijker dan verwacht. De kamer was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ontbijt was vers en gevarieerd, wel miste ik een ommeletje. De omgeving is erg stil in de avond (wat geldt voor heel Mauritius) maar het hotel is op makkelijke loopafstand op een van de mooiste stranden die ik ooit heb gezien. Dus een prima uitvalsbasis voor de perfecte strandvakantie. '

'The rooms are quite worn and would benefit from refurbishment, and there was some mould visible on the bathroom sealant, which was disappointing. Overall cleanliness could be improved, especially in the bathroom areas. The hotel is next to a very noisy street, and the windows are not soundproof enough, so you can hear almost every car, van, or lorry passing by, which makes it hard to relax.
