'This is such a cute place. If we are ever in the area we would stay again. Great for 1 or a couple. There are a lot of stairs to get up to the room. Once you are up there the view is really pretty, a little marina where you can watch recreational boats float in and out. The decor is coastal. Bed is very comfortable and it has most of everything you are looking for. The hot tub should be removed from the listing as it's not really usable. 'The Inn was lovely. The room was small, but authentic and fine. The problem is the food service is very spotty. The restaurant has limited hours and days- no breakfast except on weekends. Also if you have a room on a Monday, most of the day and all night there is no one working at all- you are alone! And on Tuesday when we needed to check out, there was no one working. We had to leave the keys in an unlocked room. '

'We arrived late in the evening in anticipation for my son's graduation from URI the following morning. We checked in and headed right to the room as we were exhausted from our journey. 'This is a gem of a motel in a perfect location for beach access (or to nearby Kingston, Wakefield etc.). It was immaculate and so well maintained with a friendly staff. The room was lovely, there was plenty of hot water, I was so grateful for in room coffee and mini fridge and the 6:30 AM coffee in the office! My only minor piece of feedback is that there are only bagels for breakfast so maybe a few yogurts or other options would be amazing but this was a wonderful place to stay while I was...
