« We cannot fault the service staff food and the location excellent it's just the overall finish needs some renovation to the outside finish,it's a bit tired but all that aside we enjoyed our stay staff were all very polite and helpful great. »
« The bedroom is really comfortable, the breakfast is delicious (I finally tried the typical English one), the hotel is very close to St David's station (less than 5 minutes walking in the rain and carrying a heavy luggage), and also to the city center. The bathroom was shared with one another bedroom, but it was cleaned quite often. »
« Liked common areas to eat and socialise which were spacious. Did not like the closure of the dedicated nearby parking when no building was taking place. The reception staff were responsive and helpful when there were any issues. Some noise from other guests around 1pm. Excellent views and free facilities eg sports. A really enjoyable stay for 50th anniversary alumni - thank you all. »
« First time away with my partner on holiday for one night, the rooms were wonderful, nice spacious area and comfy beds. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Just wished the check in was before 3pm but overall wonderful hotel to stay in for a night away or two. Definitely coming back again. »

The manager take the right to enter in your room while you are naked to take you out of the room even if the front desk agreed to give you a late checkout at 12:00.
Police has to come to fix this situation.

« Great Staff and Management friendly and welcoming, make you feel like home away from home. Parking is right in front of the hotel and there is lots of parking. Rooms are spacious and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Spacious and relaxing lounge and bar area. A mere two-minute walk to the beach and a lovely promenade, for a walk. »
« We were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the comfort in the rooms. Both the bedroom and the public rooms were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast and evening meals were superb and we did enjoy having a freshly cooked breakfast brought to our table rather than a buffet style self service where the food had been hanging around. The overall impression was of happy staff creating a pleasant atmosphere »
« Our stay was wonderful thanks to the host! They did everything to make us feel at ease. The afternoon tea was especially great as we had the whole drawing room for us and our friends and we were able to chill and enjoy the food! I strongly recommend this place if you ever have to visit this region »
