'This is our favorite hotel in the Louisville area. I fly in every 2-3 months to visit family and this is our preferred place to stay. Why? The rooms are spacious, the bed is great, the shower has good water pressure, the AC works great and the breakfast is very nice. It checks all the boxes. It's clean, safe and always dependable. I highly recommend this hotel and we'll continue to stay there when we're in Louisville.'

'The first hotel I stayed at with my family was very clean and tidy, with excellent bedding that provided comfortable sleep throughout the night. The staff were also warm and attentive.'

'The hotel itself was great; it was very clean, and there was always an attendant at the front desk if you had any questions. The only issue I had was that room service never came to replace used towels or tidy up the room. Also, the shower has a gap that allows water to flow onto the floor, creating a slipping hazard.'

'Van de buitenkant en lobby van het hotel zag het er mooi uit, maar de eerste kamer die ik kreeg had bij het room enorm veel schimmel en de tweede kamer stonk naar zweet.'

'Eihenlijk was alles perfect. Vooral de grote van ons penthouse was fenomenaal. Ook de voorzieningen in ons penthouse waren meer dan voldoende. Het enige aspect dat voor ons minder was, is het ontbijt. Maar van de andere kant was dit ook typisch amerikaans en moet je in amerika geen hard broodje met een croissant verwachten. Verder een 10 met een griffel.'

'Here is what makes this hotel unique is the the cleanliness of the room. Exceptional! It meets my standards. The staff is very polite, respectful with great customer service. They are prompt in attending to needs. This hotel serves hot meals for breakfast and dinner. I did not use the Hot tub. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Excellent stay!!'

Mark and Jermey make you feel like you are a part of their family with great conversations with them and attention to details is present in every room. The food is out of this world. Woodhaven is a touch a heaven. '

'Walked into the room and there was a foul odor. We reported it to the desk and they quickly moved us to a different room and helped us with the move. After that it was a very pleasant stay.'
