'Matt was pleasant ind helpful, sharing his knowledge of local hikes and history and accommodating our early breakfast wishes. I also liked the yard and Great American Songbook music that played softly in the common area.'

Coffee and ice cream shop down stairs. Owners run these shops too. Super friendly. The soaking pools are downstairs...Wonderful after a day exploring the mountains. Town is very walkable. Lots of shops, restaurants and a small grocery store with all the basics we needed. Would definitely stay...

'The owners were super nice and the building had tons of character. I had to take away stars because the primary reasons I booked at this location was that the property information listed breakfast being included and laundry facilities as a convenience. The owner said they haven't provided breakfast in quite a long time and the laundry facility was a laundromat across the street.'

'It is situated in an adorable little town. The room was nice and the bathroom awesome. There was no tv in the room, which was a little different. We could not figure out how to work the thermostat. Two "issues" that we had: 1. The second night the bar was very loud and we were the first room from the bar. There were also doors slamming everywhere. 2. It was advertised as getting a bottle of wine for each night stayed there. This we had to ask for and then they needed to verify.'

'We returned for a stay at the Hotel Telluride and once again, the facility did not disappoint. From our arrival til we left...we were welcomed by all staff and any questions we had were easily answered. The location, for us, is amazing. We enjoy walking and you go out the door, take a right, and in about 30 yards you're on Main St. looking at the views of the awesome box canyon. 'Location was excellent, parked when we arrived and walked everywhere we went for the 3 days we were there. Small issue with the toilet - I mean small toilet, really too small for an adult male.'

'Very nice older property right near Gondola. No ac in rooms and windows shut so quite warm when we checked in. The hot tubs and pool were very nice. We had some plumbing issues. Probably a bit overpriced compared to some other properties nearby. We were attending the bluegrass festival and that was fantastic!'

'This property is older than some, but very well maintained. The grounds are beautiful and the fact that it is right by the river is an added bonus. The sitting area outside by the river with the hot tub is peaceful and relaxing. The hairdryer in my room did not work, and there was no soap in the shower. Also, the TV was very confusing to operate. In spite of these things I loved staying there and would again.'
