A 7ft Brunswick pool table sits at the center of this room and converts to ping pong when you want the table back. There's an Xbox, a sleeper sofa that handles 2 more guests, and a walk-out door to the backyard to flow naturally between
inside and out.

Full bath with a shower and in-unit laundry. Exactly what a group needs after a beach day and before dinner.

A dedicated king bedroom on this level. Sleeps 2

UPPER LEVEL
Kitchen
Renovated and built for a group. Gas range, granite counters, side-by-side fridge, glass-front cabinets already stocked with glassware. Counter space on three sides so two people can cook at once. The slider at the far end of the dining room opens
straight to the deck when the weather cooperates.

Luxury dining table 8 eight comfortably, 10 if you're friendly.

Living Room
A large sectional anchors the room around a brick fireplace with a white painted mantel. Good for slow mornings, movie nights, and the inevitable last conversation of the evening.

Bedrooms
Three bedrooms on this level: a king, a queen, and a bunk room
with a twin-over-full that sleeps three -- the one the kids will
argue over.

Bathroom
Double-sink vanity with marble counters, gold fixtures, and a tub/shower combo. Updated and clean, with a window that looks out to the trees.

DECK & YARD
Deck
The main deck runs the full width of the back of the house:
outdoor dining table, gas grill, chairs. The slider connects it directly to the dining room, so meals move in and out without any logistics.

Fire Pit
Down the steps: a fully fenced backyard with four Adirondack chairs around a wood-burning fire pit. Private enough that no
one feels like they're performing for the neighbors. Flagstone path, mature trees, and enough grass for kids to run around before the fire gets going.
