'Room was in a great location close to the beach. Very clean, nice deck, right across from Vineyard Sound. Really enjoyed our stay.'

'My husband and I love the Cape, however this was our first time staying in Falmouth. The room was adequate for our needs. The location to the beach was perfect, and the amazing restaurant located on the property was an extra perk. It was great to watch various age groups enjoy the baseball field throughout the day. Bring your sneakers because the area is great for walking! We would definately stay here again.'

'Seemed like it was recenty updated and refinished. Location was amazing, and everyone was so super friendly. Deck was great. Bed needed work, when you sat on the end of the bed the head of the bed lifted like a see saw, LOL! We both got a good laugh! TV remote would not shut off or adjust volume. They need to add towel racks in bathroom, very important! Regardless of the few finishes that need to be made, it was an amazing stay!'

'This location was perfect near the beach and with a restaurant right next door. The room was clean and modern and the deck was amazing. The parking was a little tricky since some cars were illegally parked in the lot and the spaces were small. Check in was 3 pm and at 3:10 I brought our bags up to the third floor only to find it still being cleaned. I went to the office and asked them to notify me when it was ready so I did not have to keep checking. The cleaner said 30 minutes at the most. ...

'The location of the property was wonderful and the accommodations were fine for the one night that we were there. I would suggest adding a few chairs, as there was no place other than the beds to sit. Also, when expecting four guests it would be nice to have four coffee cups, etc. Overall, we were quite satisfied and would stay there again. It was great to have a late night restaurant available upon our arrival. '

'Overall a good unit has the basics and right by Falmouth heights beach- just walk across the street. The unit literally sits adjacent to the patio bar of the attached restaurant, so right outside your window (the one w the view) will be droves of people eating and drinking while music plays. This is a great location and has what you’d need but if you don’t want people right outside that window I’d chose a different unit. You will have zero privacy. Outside of that it’s a good spot.'
