The apartment is located in a quiet, historic building on the southern part of St. Marko Square, just a few metres from the centre, harbour, restaurants, bars, shops and boat taxi departure. The house has an exotic garden with garden seating, barbecue area and sun terrace. Two units are available: a large apartment for 3 (+2) people and a studio apartment for 2 people (+1 child).



The studio apartment is located on the 1st floor, has its own entrance from the garden and a south-facing balcony with partial sea view. The 35 m² accommodation includes a living area with a couch/bed, LCD-SAT-TV, hi-fi system and WiFi, a fully equipped kitchenette with dining table, electric cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine as well as a bathroom with shower, WC, hairdryer, towel warmer and washing machine. Two bedrooms offer a double bed and a pull-out bed. Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures in all rooms.



The location allows short distances to the beach, harbour and cultural attractions. Leisure opportunities in the surrounding area include boat trips, water sports, diving, snorkelling, cycling, tennis, climbing, theme parks, wine tasting, gourmet restaurants, museums and theatres.
