Walking into this home you are immediately met with a feeling of anticipation for the great getaway ahead. The bright home, fun colors, and one-of-a-kind bunkroom set you up with incredible feelings of home while experiencing a one-of-a-kind stay! From the rooftop balcony, private pool, rooftop spa and firepit, themed rooms, and a bunkroom for all your adventures, there is something for everyone to enjoy in this home away from home!

This home boasts 4 beautiful and unique bedrooms, each representing a southern Utah favorite. You will find a King bedroom with a stunning red rock mural and a gorgeous ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Down the hall, another King bedroom with a southern Utah sunset accenting the room with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Continuing down the hall is a third King bedroom with a jaw-dropping geometric southern Utah mountain-inspired accent wall with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet to top it off.

Adjacent to the open living area is the best bunk room around. With three queen beds on the bottom and twins on the top bunks. To get to the beds there is a rock wall and net rope bridge for all of your adventures. Also in the bunk room is a foosball table and bean bags for any party time needs!

The open living space and bright, entertainment kitchen is designed for your comfort and relaxation. The kitchen also is fully stocked for all your cooking needs for your stay.

The back patio holds a table for outdoor dining as well as a propane grill for your party to use.

Continuing out the patio, you see the private pool (heated at an additional fee in the colder months). All of the lifejackets and any pool toys are accessible and in the bin right outside the patio door.

Going up the stairs to the rooftop balcony, you will be hit with stunning views, a private seating area around a gas fireplace, and a private hot tub for your convenience!

Additionally, guests will have full access to the community pool, gym, and pickleball courts during their stay. Whether you`re looking to relax by the poolside, get in a workout at the gym, or enjoy some friendly competition on the pickleball courts, we have plenty of options for you to unwind and have fun!

The Adventure House is all that you could want or need for your month-long stays!

Winter Pool Heating Costs (Does not apply to Hot Tub - Hot Tub is included with stay) November - April Cost: A $150 initial heating fee, plus an additional $35 for each night of your reservation.
Requesting Pool Heating - 4 Easy Steps:
- Message us at least 3 days before check-in and express your interest in pool heating.
- We`ll get back to you, confirming the pool heating cost, and send a request for payment.
- Once you`ve made the payment, the pool heating kicks in.
- Check in and dive into the joy of your heated pool. Keep in mind, that weather conditions may influence your perception of the water temperature.
