Magnifique séjour en famille!!!!
Magnifique hôtel avec une propreté irréprochable pour un 4* Accueil très professionnel avec un réceptionniste qui a fait l’effort de tous nous expliquer en français!Très rare ça! Merci! On y mange très bien! Tous les jours une viande grillée, du poisson, des pizzas, des pâtes, des légumes, etc… vraiment très bon. Petit déjeuner complet avec tout ce qu’il faut. (Omelette, crêpes tous les matins, viennoiserie, jus d’orange et jus de melon tous les jours non payant, etc..). Petite précision pour le café, si vous voulez du très bon café, vous devez aller au comptoir, le serveur vous fait un très bon café comme vous le désirez! Équipe d’animateurs magnifique avec un super programme pour toute la journée et la soirée et pour tout votre séjour! Certains parlent aussi français! Le kids club est aussi top avec un très bon programme pour toute la semaine! Les enfants vont adorer! Le point fort de cet hôtel, c’est que vous payez pour un hôtel mais vous pouvez profiter des 2 autres hôtels adjacents. Vraiment, vous êtes libre de vous y déplacer et de profiter de toutes les installations (piscines, resto, activités, tous!!!) Pour accéder à la mer, il faut prendre la navette ou s’y rendre à pied. Cet hôtel a son propre établissement pour les activités nautiques (donc parmi les moins chers)La plage est très bien entretenue et très belle. Hôtel à réserver les yeux fermés.
Excellent accueil et hôtel propre. Tout est fait pour satisfaire le client. Ma fille a passé un excellent séjour dans les aquaparks et ne souhaite qu'une chose : y retourner.

Séjour de 15jrs.Aquarium/zoo,excellente excursion funfly(en bateau avec snorkel et dauphins/glass boat corail,poissons/excur snorkel et plage mihmaya)Excursions plongées avec aquarius,Excursion fti Caire+guide francais.Concernant l'hotel pickalbatros sea world:très bien entretenu,personnel de chambre et restauration très agréable sauf réception,sécurité,direction/restauration varié et très bonne/piscine petits chauffé sauf adultes/quartier bruyant en travaux a n'importe quelle heure jour/nuit dans l’hôtel et celui voisin,au dessus des flux aérien aéroport hurghada/ne parle pas français/plage privée non attenante a l’hôtel/accès réception et chambres avec escaliers sans ascenseur/le reste sans escaliers/attention au sous classement en chambre on s'est fait avoir,on a payé le prix fort.Le soir du départ ns avons eu 1 souci au moment de payer à la réception ils ont fait vidé le taxi de nos bagages dans l'histoire un heureu voleur,on ns a volé notre saccoche avec nos appareils photo pr notre plus grand malheur ttes nos photos de vacs,des caméra filment mais rien n'est visible.dsl pr certains personnels si sympathique et le cadre mais fuyer cet hotel!

طاقم الفندق تحسهم موظفين بيعملوا واجب نادرا لما حد بيبتسم و وشك الفندق نظيف و لكن الغرف قديمة بعض الشيئ و تفتفر إالى اللمسة الجمالية الأكوابارك الكبيرة معقولة و لكن أكوابارك الأطفال مميزة الشاطئ جيد في فندق أخر تابع للباتروس الأكل جيد و لكن لا يوجد غير مطعم واحد و الأصناف مش كتير الواي فاي لا يعمل معظم الوقت بشكل عام الفندق مستواه متوسط و يدوب علية 4 نجوم

Ready for refurbishments
Having spent a week in the sister hotel (Jungle Aqua Park) before checking into Sea World Resort we were left rather disappointed with this one. The rooms and facilities are rather tired and most of the staff are nowhere near as friendly, that said a few were very good.

Great destination for average budget
Staff is more than good, food is excellent, rooms and restaurant are clean all the time, room service was good. Not all rooms are well furnished. Receptionists and bellmen are totally too slow employees.

1.Room not cleaned reguarly. Three days cleaned one time. 2.staff are not professionals at all where I have requested the Bill man and finaly I got my luggage myself and all guests like me. 3. Pools are limited and not cleaned. 4.requested one more bed I got it next day. 5. Food is not good at all

Overall terrible experience
I had a very bad experience in this hotel. The food was horrendous to the point that my family and I had stomachaches for almost the whole entire trip. For the price we paid, the quality of the staff, the room and even the snacks were disgusting. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good hotel but not on the beach
I really like the hotel although it is an ordinary one just 2 points should be mentioned This hotel isn't on the beach but you can use the beach of the in front hotel Food variety and quality Arenot good at all but it is a good value for price comparing the others in hurghada

First hello to everyone the hotel in all is good number one gardens,pools,views very good and have many water games for udelt,children second the resort is very big,clean,quite the peach isn't far , number 3 the food ..... sometimes good and sometimes average the resort have 4 restaurant different,the food is very more but the quality is average in the end the hotel is good and you will spend lovely time with your family or friends I hope I help you to choose

Tjuvar på hotellet och i receptionen!
Matförgiftning pga dålig hygien i restaurangerna och allmänna utrymmen. Snålt med dricka och glass och mat vid polerna vilket gjorde många gäster arga och förstörde stämningen. Du får inget förtroende till personalen eller reseptionspersonalen vilket är så viktigt för en barnfamilj på semester i ett främmande land. Receptionen uppmanar kunderna att stjäla från varandra. Det var i samband med att en av våra badhanddukar stalls från solstolarna, när vi badade med barnen, som vi tog kontakt med receptionen och fick höra att hotellgästerna stjäl från varandra och om vi inte hittar handduken så blir vi skyldiga att betala för den. Deras tips var att gå och stjäl från en annan kund. Vi vägrade göra det eftersom det skulle leda till att nästa kund uppmanas av receptionen att göra samma sak mot en annan kund. Välj inte den här hotellet.

The worst policy in All Inclusive
Check in after Lunch finished also beverages and ice cream in a variable times and places , you need to be pee to get what you want , Actually I feel that I had wasted my money in this hotel , regarding to visiting the beach you will feel discrimination there also you haven't any facility or real restaurant , just dirty place offers snacks and no ice cream for kids, finally the Quality of food low and the hygienic measures below the standard.
