« Excellent and helpful staff especially the breakfast personnel. The rooms are fairly basic but clean. The property and parking lot are a little rougher and aged. »

« Front desk clerk wasn't around - had to stand around over 15 minutes to wait for her to come back to check in and later waited to buy a soda. Hot tub was cold - front desk staff said it was from jets running all day??? Never experienced cold hot tub from it runnings before. Was bummed bc the photos showed volleyball net in the pool but there was no net available. Hotel itself is like any older Holiday Inn - nothing special but nothing terrible. »

« Dirty room, weird that every vacant room door in the hotel was open. Including mine. When I checked in they had accidentally checked someone in under my name already. They cleaned every room up to 3 am and slammed the doors shut. Very poor experience had a horrible sleep. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay at Country Inn & Suites in Albertville. The property was exceptionally well maintained, and the customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access from the highway, yet it offers a quiet, comfortable, and spacious atmosphere. There was ample parking, and all the amenities were clean and well cared for. Breakfast was fresh and offered a great variety of delicious options to suit different...

« Room 251 was more like a B2 bomber taking off in your bedroom. The AC was locked in this room and could not sleep. The room was also extremely high in humidity to where the sheets and clothes were damp. I did speak the manager and she apologized for this inconvenience and will have maintenance look into the issue. She also credited me for 1 nights stay. Hopefully this was just a fluke with this room. »
