'Louie greeted me upon my arrival and gave me a rundown of the property. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He even showed me so much of his art collection! Louie is a wonderful host. I would've loved to talk to him more. I only stayed one night since I was just passing through Akron. I have added The Berrodin Bed & Breakfast to my list of good stops!!'

'Had to switch our first room because of heavy smoke smell and bathroom door wouldn’t open fully. Second room better but bathtub filthy and floor tiles cracked and toilet ‘spit’ water when flushed. I would not consider these rooms suites as they are very small with 2 full size beds with hardly any room to get around them and a fold out couch which was actually a very comfy bed. Pool towels were never stocked. Had to ask for everything. Gone the whole day and room still wasn’t cleaned. Breakfast...

'The breakfast is supposed to go till 10:00 there was nothing left at 9:00 The hallway carpets were nasty.. our room look like kids have marked with crayons all over the wall. There was a lot of police presence. And when I came back to the hotel later that night there was vomit in the intro of the door. Wouldn't recommend.'
