'Rooms were very clean along with the main hotel. Pool is small but decent and the gym is nice. Parking was ok and plentiful. Breakfast is simple - bread,bagels, muffins, eggs, sausages, oatmeal and diy waffles. There was always fresh coffee and hot water for tea and hot cocoa. My only con is someone was able to just come in through the front and was acting very erratic and not themselves.'

'The hotel was dirty, rooms were filthy, towels were hard to come by and stained. Trash in hallways, and lobby. There was no breakfast. The parking lot is in disrepair. The hairdryer did not work, the door safety locks were broken, the phone did not work so if you needed to call the front desk you couldn’t, you had to go downstairs. There is no elevator as an fyi. We got to the hotel and had to wait 20 minutes for someone so we even could check in, pretty sure we woke him up.'

'I do not recommend booking this hotel. My family had one of the worst experiences staying here. During our stay, there was a power outage, and the hotel had no backup generator. There was little to no assistance from the staff to accommodate guests or address their immediate needs during the interruption. What was even more concerning was the lack of emergency lighting in the fire exits, which raised serious safety concerns. To make matters worse, the hotel was unresponsive to emails and phone...

'A peaceful getaway with beautiful views of the river. Rooms were very clean and inviting. Close to restaurants downtown.'

'The rooms were clean but very small. There wasn’t a dresser in the bedroom and you could hardly walk around the bed. You can hear the people above your room just walking across the room.'

'The hotel itself was nice but the power went out at like 3pm and was out the entire stay so we only got to use the pool for an hour, no breakfast or coffee the next morning, not much emergency lighting in the evening after the sun went down. On top of all that, the fire alarms went off twice. Once at 10pm and once at 2am. We understand the weather was no fault of the staff but things could have been handled differently for guests.'

'The first room has stains on it sheets and they quickly swap this out to another room. I checked the sheets. They looked OK and then laying down I saw what looked like barbecue sauce or marinara sauce on the pillow so I’d ask for a new pillowcase, which came promptly. This is more about Expedia complaint, but I bought the insurance in case of a cancellation which I tried to use because my wife is so pregnant. We really didn’t wanna go, but you had to cancel the reservation a week in advance and...

'Property and room were dirty. Had to change rooms immediately. Breakfast had ants on buffet. They only have one pool which splits into an outdoor and indoor area. People outside hotel were very sketchy.'

'Negatives (though nitpicky) Elevator was slow, and the sink... Don't get me started lol. I could barely wash my hands it was so close to the edge of the bowl. The cleaning staff came in to our room way too early (8 freakin 30 man) before we were even close to checking out. Positives: Other than that it was a nice place, good breakfast, nice staff. Definitely would stay again even with the negatives.'
