Best location for The Woodlands

We enjoyed our stay there and it was very comfortable and convenient to everything we needed to do. Place was clean, had everything we needed.

Lovely home in The Woodlands

We enjoyed staying at this lovely home. It was in a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood very close to all of The Woodlands experience. The home itself was very clean and just as the pictures portray. We would definitely stay here again.

Came to the area to golf, we were within 15-20 minutes of great courses, and 2 miles from the best restaurant district in the Woodlands. Beds were very comfortable.

Lovely little bungalow

We were 4 adults and 2 children staying at this property for 4 nights. We were very comfortable in the 3 bedrooms with queen size beds. It was great having two full bathrooms and a nice kitchen. It was convenient as we were visiting family in the Woodlands

Cozy Clean Cottage

The cottage was perfect for our weekend stay. We were attending a wedding in The Woodlands and the cottage was conveniently located near the wedding and other outings in the Woodlands. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the cottage. Gigi was very responsive to all our texts. We were very impressed and would gladly stay here again when we travel to The Woodlands.

Perfect for what we needed.

We came into town for a soccer tourn event and this property was perfectly situated between the 3 venues we were bouncing back-and-forth from. It was clean and the rooms were large enough to sleep too at least. There were not a lot of Creature comforts like a big sofa or a desk to work from, But for the price this property was perfect.

Everything was great!

We stayed in this wonderful little home while my husband and I both recovered from sinus surgery. Gigi was great at answering any questions we had and was willing to help if there was anything we needed. The house was in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and comfortable. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely look into staying here again. Thank you again for such a great experience!

Very Quiet, Cozy, and Clean!

This property had more than enough space for my plus one and I! Plenty of patio space for fresh air! Every night we slept so peacefully and the bed was extra comfortable. We were able to make ourselves at home with there being cookware available for us to prepare meals and a dishwasher for an easy clean up process. Washer and Dryer are top tier! Great place to stay at for quietness, safety, and to feel at home.

House in the Woodlands

House was very clean. Beds were nice. Only 1 TV and it is in the living area. Could use a few more towels. Fridge had some condiments for cooking. Plenty of pots and pans. Did not have instructions for check out so we simply did what we have done in other VRBOs. Had to purchase our own paper towels. Not a big issue, just nice to know before showing up.

Perfect Place for a Girls' Weekend!

I'm getting married next year and made appointments to go wedding dress shopping in Houston and the Woodlands. My bridal party is all over the state and in other states (One person came in from Mississippi). We are all 40+. We had so much fun just sitting in the cozy living room/kitchen drinking wine and catching up. The bedrooms were comfortable and having two bathrooms helped us all be ready on time. It was great to catch up with old friends in this cozy, clean home (vs a hotel). By the way, I said yes to the dress!

Checked all of our boxes

From Dallas, we were in Houston with one other couple for the Black Keys concert a few miles away. The property was recently remodeled and was immaculate. The well equipped kitchen had everything one would need for a few nights stay. There is a patio with a table and chairs that we enjoyed both nights. While Houston is famous for its heat and humidity, it was no match for the A/C here; you'll be comfortable. The unit is three bedrooms and two baths. The 'master' bedroom had its own bathroom while the other two bedrooms shared the hall bath. This unit checked all of the boxes that we needed for two out of town comples over a weekend; but it might get a little cramped if you have three couples.. We'd stay here again.

This was an ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE NEIGHBORHOOD AND HOUSE

The pictures and description of this house are a complete misrepresentation. The neighborhood showed years of neglect and overgrown yards. It didn't feel safe. The house was run down, neglected, and dirty. For example: the heat didn't work, handle hanging off of drawer, the kitchen was tiny, a toilet paper holder was hanging off of the wall, dirty light switches (some didn't work), nasty soap dispenser, awful cutting boards, towel with a pubic hair on it, disgusting and unsafe table and chairs outside, etc. We stayed for a short time deciding what to do. We could not stay in this horrible home. We went to a hotel, which cost twice as what we expected to pay. BTW: We lived close to The Woodlands for 17 years. It is a beautiful area with wonderful green spaces, restaurants, and shopping. We had no idea that there was a neighborhood like this one anywhere close/in The Woodlands.
