Welcome to our beautiful 4-Bedroom, 3-Bath Home in Kemah, TX. Experience the charm of coastal living in our spacious home, perfectly situated on a corner lot just 1 block from the bay. You'll enjoy a lovely breeze throughout the house, making your stay refreshing and relaxing.

Guest Access:
Welcome! Guest will enter through the upstairs back door, the 1st one you see when you come up the stairs. Guest will have full access to all parts of the home, excluding the elevator. That is for accessible guest ONLY! Please let us know at booking if you need access to it.

The Neighborhood:
Our home sits only 1 block off the water so there's always a nice breeze blowing through. The houses are beautiful & new. This neighborhood is AWESOME has plenty of fun things to do for all ages!
The Kemah Boardwalk is a is about a 5 block walk, and in those 5 blocks you'll find everything to create fun filled memories.

Getting Around:
The home has free parking. There is a 1 car garage, along with a driveway that can hold up to 3 vehicles. If you have additional vehicles there is free street parking, but please do NOT block any neighbor's driveways.

You can walk throughout the Kemah waterfront District. There's many places to stop in & cool off with a refreshing beverage.

If you're not into walking, no worries!
We can set you up with a golf-cart rental for the duration of your stay. Please ask at the time of booking if you are interested in renting one :)

Other Things to Note:
There is an elevator on the property that is for handicap accessible use ONLY!! Please let us know when booking if you will need access to use it.
