'This worked out great for our family. We spent most of our time in nearby Bishop’s Stortford with family. For rest, morning coffee and winding down in the evening, this place was perfect. It was clean and quiet, the mornings and evenings were cool and calm, very relaxing. The place is a bit remote, but that was easily remedied by the superior taxi service we experienced during our stay. 'We booked a secret wedding in London and needed a place in the middle for our families to meet up. It catered for all of us! We had 2 children under 3, and 14 adults but it didn't seem cramped. Everybody was comfortable and content. Antoine was super responsive, and so was the young man who checked us in (I can't remember his name unfortunately!). Friendly, clean, and surrounded with the most well kept gardens. If you need total darkness to sleep, bring an eyemask! Thank you so much to all...

'The first night i spent there a random staff member just walked into my room, had a keycard and just walked right in. 2nd day i went out and came back my keycard wasnt working. As they had some confusion with another guest who claimed he was checked into my room. When they tried to rectify the matter the staff could not find my reservation on the system even though i checked in successfully the day before. Was just crazy.'
