'I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else.'

'Stayed here for 2 days came in my hotel and the window screen was broke, the TV was broke, and the front door would not shut it stayed open all 2 nights. Staff was terrible they never helped out and they are very rude and disrespectful! I would not recommend this hotel to stay at.'

'Breakfast selection were not great. Not as good as last time we stayed. They ran out of items as well as tableware and dishes. Very surprising for this hotel. But staff is friendly and helpful. They just need more help. Location is excellent and rooms are comfortable. Night desk staff was very helpful with a temperamental printer. I will stay there again.

'Beautiful property with lovely rooms. I cannot rave enough about this hotel. The restaurant has delicious food and the sake bar is not to be missed. Aidan, the sake bartender, is knowledgeable about the sake and friendly. We will not stay anywhere else in Portland.'

'Had to walk through sprinklers. The rooms (granddaughers had a separate room) were not acceptable and we did not stay. I am still trying to get a refund. I will not go through a 3rd party ever again for a stay in a hotel. '

'Our hotel room was spotlessly clean, although we thought we had two queen beds and we ended up with the queen and a pull-out twin. The sofa was threadbare in the living room.
Breakfast one of the days was dismal.
Second day was much better with a variety of choices including omelets bacon, hash, browns, waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereals, etc'

'Budget inn lives up to its name. Broken appliances, holes in the walls and the doors, trash in the room, and an unopened condom made an appearance. Didn’t really see the staff but I suppose they’re fine. You definitely get what you pay for here.'
