'Villa blu is old Italian grandeur. Restaurant and breakfast were good. Bar/restaurant staf spoke hardly any English. Reception oké. Bathroom was outdated. Fungus on the ceiling. A shower in the bath made sure the whole Floor would get wet. The hotel has 4star potential, but needs some upgrading. Reception staf was very friendly and coöperatie'

'Tudo maravilhoso!! Mas o destaque mesmo foram para Sara e Matteo, os dois foram fantásticos. Além da educação, simpatia e gentileza, eles eram muito prestativos. Acho que o hotel deve premiar esse tipo de funcionário. Com certeza voltarei a me hospedar no de Len. '

'è un hotel piacevole, la stanza è bellissima e il doppio bagno particolarmente apprezzabile, l'arredamento in legno da una nota di "montagna" forse d'altri tempi ma piacevole.

Also, we were given shuttle rides to the Campolongo Ski slope every day. Our driver is dedicated, friendly and so reliable, always there to take us to the slope, help with the skis or luggage.
