« Driving into the property gives a definite feel of old time motel. But as soon as we walked into the room it was obvious a lot of effort has been put into updating the rooms. Liked the way it was decorated and it was mostly comfortable. My main suggestion is that the room is too small to have the TV at the ceiling. I understand the height but by moving it to the far wall you wouldn’t have to lie down or crane your neck to watch it. »

« We had a great extended stay in this home over Thanksgiving week. The home IS clean and provides all the amenities you would need plus added bonuses! Erin is a fantastic host and we will definitely return to this home in the future. Loved the walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on Portage and Ashmun. Lake Superior Campus just behind the home. Also a great spot to walk on the snowmobile trail with the dog off leash just down the road. So much to offer in this area!! Highly...

« My son plays hockey in the Soo so we travel here often. Our favorite property is this one. Three comfy beds (one is a sofa sleeper), fans, nice bedding and towels, fully stocked kitchen, close driveway parking, quiet location… it has it all. Very close to the Pullar for hockey families. Close to downtown and the Locks. Dog friendly. Always clean. This is the downstairs unit in a two story home. You can rent both if need more space. Highly recommended. »

« Great place to stay for a bit! Bedding and furniture were clean and in good repair. The house smelled wonderful. Hostess made the place seem like a safe place to unwind from the busy city life. The only thing that I would have love to have was some patio furniture. But it is early in the season so hopefully the hostess will put it out soon :) great place »

« this is a VRBO property rented via Expedia. Expedia gave me a 6-digit passcode. it did not work. i requested another passcode and received a 6-digit passcode. it did not work. I then contracted the owner and the owner advised gave me a 4-difit passcode. looking back, the email sent to me had a 4-digit passcode. why Expedia gave me a 6-digit passcode, I do not know. The rooms were clean and comfortable. »
