The Sun is a 2 bedroom treehouse. The layout includes:
Primary suite - King bed, bathroom, kitchenette, separate entrance
Bedroom #2 - King bed, bathroom and main kitchen
Loft (above Bedroom #2) - Sleeper sofa, 2 twin loft beds, bathroom
Soak in your private outdoor hot tub in the trees, giving you some of the best views in the state of Arkansas.

In the Trees is an expanding resort, and The Sun treehouse is part of Phase 1. As you travel around this cabin, you will see and hear construction. We ask our construction workers to start work later in the morning, especially on weekends. Please do not touch or go near any construction equipment, but we do encourage you to walk around (stay on the road) to get a glance of the exciting things coming to In the Trees! The Sun is about 50 yards from construction.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancel 30+ days before your check-in date, receive full refund. Cancel 15-30 days before check-in date, receive 50% refund. Cancel 14 days or less before check-in date, no refund.
