We were pleased with the comfortable beds, cleanliness and variety of amenities and restaurants offered on site. The spa and spa pool were heaven and allowed us to finally relax. 'We had a blast, didn’t even bother leaving the resort. Excellent property, great service, steakhouse was very good. I have a bad back and their plush mattress is very good, the best of any hotel I’ve stayed at, and that’s saying something. '

'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'We stay here each year and its always a great fit for our family. The rooms are nicely kept and spacious. The kitchen is so great for easy breakfast and lunches. We use the bbq area which is very clean and well stocked with utensils. The shuttle takes us to Safeway for groceries and the nearby Kierland Comons for shopping and restaurants. We booked a cabana at the main resort which was reasonably priced and great service. Drinks and food were overpriced so a $450 bill for lunch was hard to...
