Set on the shores of Platte Lake, this home is for the guests that want to spend a lot of time near the water - and want a comfortable place to rest once they've swum their heart out! With a lakeside deck and a dock that includes a bench, swimmers and boaters alike will enjoy the safe havens. When the sun goes down, it's time to cook your catch on the home's private gas grill. Afterward, it's time to light up the permanent firepit near the beach and watch the stars come out.

This home is also within 12 miles of Long Lake, Rush Lake, Crystal Lake, and Little Platte Lake. When guests need a break from lakeside activities, Cherry Bowl Drive-In Theatre provides fun viewing during the summer season six miles away. Point Betsie Lighthouse (just under eight miles away) is the perfect gateway to Lake Michigan. Please note that this property does not have A/C.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
