Our room on the 25th floor with a marina view was excellent! We are big Hawaii 50 fans and soaked up the nostalgia. Glad the hotel had a framed article about the history of the hotel in the lobby. 'I really liked the friendly service and the cosey hotelbar. The room was o.k. and clean when we arrived, but for me housekeeping came a little bit to early in the morning. I've mentioned that a couple of times at the receptiondesk but still they came at 8 am in the morning. So after a couple of days we hang up the do not disturb sign until we left the room (usually between 9 and 10 am) but they never came back at a later time so there was no more cleaning after that. 'I had a pretty solid stay at Aqua Palms Waikiki. It's not a luxury resort, but for what you pay, it gives you a lot of what you want out of a Waikiki stay.
