Custom remodel and breathtaking views

Papakea B205 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo featuring amenities such as a stunning ocean view, a washer/dryer, and air-conditioning! The condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a King-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living space. The spacious main living area includes modern furniture with tropical decorations and a large flat-screen TV. Split A/C units along with ceiling fans are equipped in the living room and bedroom to help stay cool.

The tranquil bedroom featuring a King-size bed and a large flat-screen TV. The remodeled bathroom includes a large vanity space, a bidet, and a walk in shower with custom tilework. This 2nd-floor unit features a private lanai with a dining table for 4. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the view. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and mahogany cabinets. Ample counterspace makes meal prepping easy and provides additional counter seating for 4. Pack light! This unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

*** Papakea is currently undergoing a property-wide plumbing renovation. This condo is not under repair, however, please note the information below:
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
We have been notified that the project is pending completion, but not guaranteed by June 2026. ***

Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay. Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

This was a great property! The view was amazing! It had everything that was needed with the exception of a small waste basket in the bathroom .. that would have been more convenient. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Awesome Trip

We had a great time in Maui and this condo was awesome. Great location; however since there are so many good food places nearby I could have used another flight of stairs. Good ocean view, comfortable king size bed, updated kitchen full of pans, utensils and more. Pools were nice, great for a morning, afternoon or evening swim. Plenty of grills on property if you want to do your own cooking. Walking distance to many great food options. You can see the whales from shore! Bring binoculars if you have them - amazing! We will return to Papakea!

Perfect place for a family vacation!

We would love to stay here over and over again in the future. The walking distance to the beach is amazing. The kitchen is beautiful and had everything we could’ve needed. It made our first family vacation with our 1 year old incredible!

Amazing Place for a Vacation

Overall the apartment was really nice and clean. There was only 2 issues but both were very minor and the manager was very helpful about getting them fixed. My wife and I had a great time and there are many things to do in the neighboring area.

I come to Hawaii quarterly on business and this is the fourth time I have stayed at Papakea. Every visit has been very good and all the units I have stayed in were updated and in great shape. The grounds are immaculate and Papakea's location is ideal. I highly reccomend.

Relaxing Maui Condo

This condo has a great location with a beautiful view of the ocean to watch the sunsets from the large lanai. Papakea is a family friendly complex with lots to offer. The condo is well stocked and includes some extras which is nice. Would definitely stay here again - Mahalo!

Great Stay!

Great property! Views of the ocean was beautiful. Location was quiet and close to the elevators The king size bed was very comfortable and the the whole place was perfect for two people. Only slight negative was parking gets full if you get back later in the day so you will have to park further in the front of the property entrance. Also my husband didn’t like the toilet bidet because it gives a slight tilt forward but I didn’t mind it. Otherwise great place thank you

It was a great spot to watch the whales and the surf. Close to great golf. Of course the weather was fabulous. Condo amenities were great for being home away from home. Lot's of eat in or take out food options nearby.

Gem of Maui's West Side!

This condo was perfect for our honeymoon. It had pretty much everything we needed, and then some. The location is beautiful, with a great view of the water, sunsets and neighboring islands to the west. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

The location was good. The leather of four bar stools was all broken. Called front desk and often got no response. Called three times to ask a vacuum and got nothing. Only after passing the last day for free cancellation, they told me resort had some extra charge
