'The slopes are quite accessible from the Cliff Lodge. The rooms feel pretty dated but clean . The massages at the spa were very professional and well done. The hotel charges guests to use any aspect of the spa though – – the rooftop pool and Jacuzzi, the steam and dry saunas – – unless you are getting a massage treatment.'

'Perfect Hotel for our stay at Snowbird. Quick and easy 100m walk to the base lodge which made us stay so much easier. Really nice and helpful staff. Great food at the restaurant. Nice pool, hot tub, sauna for afterwards. Less fancy than neighboring and sister Cliffs hotel but an easy ride over to use the amenities. '

'Don't expect what you don't inspect. The initial room we were given was not even clean! I found at least 7 things and wasn't even looking. The toilet is so small it was only for a child. After discussing with front desk we were moved to a more appropriate room which was clean.'

Deze kamer was voorzien van alle noodzakelijke dingen, goed schoon en met het bed omhoog best gezellig. Helaas niet met het bed naar beneden. De loeizware salontafel moest eerst verschoven worden waarna de bank bijna tegen het bed stond, hetgeen voor veel pijnlijke aanvaringen zorgde. Tv kijken niet mogelijk vanuit het ( verrassend comfortabele) bed. De vloerbedekking in de gangen...

'Well if you are expecting real valet service this is not your place. Every night when returning from Dinner we had to go inside and hand over our keys to them and then proceed the opposite direction to our room. Additionally, the water temperature of the showers just fluctuates out of no where. It actually becomes dangerously hot where you will have to jump away from the water. It is amazing how management has taken one of the best group of workers and turned them into some of the worst group of workers. Of course this is all in the name of greed and recognizing what they got away with during Covid. So they charge $25.00to have your sheets changed. They didn’t inform me of this although they said they did and will not remove the charge. The greed of upper management and ownership...
