'It is a lovely romantic boutique hotel.'

'Do not stay here if you are seeking a restful, quiet night. My room was on the highway and we were startled and disturbed by semitrucks all night. The staff explained they were not able to move me as the hotel was fully booked.'

'Good location, staff was polite, parking was very easy, breakfast was good, however, drain for bathtub did not work and we saw a few ants in bathroom.'

'Room was very dated a smelled of musk. Don’t bother with breakfast - I literally stood for 20 minutes to be seated while 4 dirty tables waited to be cleaned, all for a gross buffet.'

'Clean room, very nice decor and great staff'

'Stay was exceptional!!'

'Staff and housekeeping was horrible. They need to get housekeeping staff that can speak English and get staff at the front desk who wants to work'

'The rooms are rather old and in need of a refurb: blinds on window (in two separate rooms) did not work, and in both rooms the safe was broken. I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2. This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'

'I stayed for 5 nights with my small 10 lb dog. I was in town for business and the parking was essential. The kitchenette is very useful and the staff was great. Breakfast was OK but a lot better than other places I have stayed.'

'Prima hotel om te verblijven buiten Washington DC. Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel.'

'Door was broken, sink was broken, no deadlock on door, smelled musty and smoky, all but one drawer was broken or missing entirely (out of 8 dresser drawers). When checking in I had to leave a cash deposit even though room was already completely paid for. When checking out I had to wait 15 minutes while manager went back to room to look for damage delaying me for an appointment. None of this is laid out in advance. I recommend finding a different hotel when traveling to Annapolis.'

'This is an amazing property. The innkeeper Tiffany is wonderful The breakfasts she made were incredible with an amazing selection. '

'This boutique hotel is a delight. It is like being transported in time but it does not feel old. It is very rare to be able to stay in an exceptional property like this.'
