The Gatehouse

Located within walking distance of the Georgian town of Holt in one direction and Holt Train Station in the other, this property is perfect for larger families or groups of friends.
We can boast about being one of a handful of properties in Holt with its own hot tub and children’s play area! We are also happy to welcome well behaved dogs!
Set in a beautiful ancient and protected woodland The Gatehouse makes for a peaceful getaway but keeps you close to all that North Norfolk has to offer!
The space
2nd floor - one en-suite bedroom contains a double day bed and shower room with toilet.

1st floor - one king sized bedroom, with walk through wardrobe into a shower room with a toilet.
Three further king sized bedrooms which can each be split into two singles, making accommodation flexible! All are en-suite with toilets and and showers, one with a bath.

Ground floor - At the front of the property we have a large entertainment room containing a piano, pool table, a small selection of books and board games. This room also has a corner sofa which can easily be converted to a double bed! The is a guest WC in the hall.
The kitchen/dining area has lots of space for cooking and entertaining! There are French doors leading out onto the patio with access to bbq/dining area, hot tub and woodland garden! There is a small fenced off area to keep dogs safe.
Off the kitchen you will also have use of the spacious utility room with laundry facilities and a small courtyard at the rear.

Guests will have use of the whole house and garden!
