« Booked overnight stay following a music event nearby. Booked Riverside Hotel, but they obviously own several properties nearby. Our room was in a converted house up a side road so sadly no Riverside view. Room was very preventable. Needs a net curtain at window to aid privacy, better quality mattresses and pillows. Cleaner needs to look up & dust light fittings. »

« We stayed in Holly Room at Holly Lodge , it was an amazing experience from start to finish !!! The check was so simple even in the dark at a very late hour Our room and facilities within the room were stunning 😍 The service the following morning was 2nd to none and the food , presentation was perfect and so tasty . The gardens were so pretty , wild but very well maintained. Coedy was so lovely as were all the staff ... i loved the open plan kitchen area ! the little snug was stunning id...

« Just what you would expect from a seaside hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful we had a great evening meal, that we were not disappointed with. This was great as we really did fancy fish and chips sat beside the sea wall !! The room was well stocked with tea, water, biscuits and good to see plenty of the individual milk containers. The breakfast was up there with the best all freshly cooked and hot. »

« This was our second visit to Beaufort Lodge and again it was perfect. The location is ideal for Norwich City access, with the centre only a 15 minute walk away. Parking is on site off a relatively quiet residential main road. Our room was comfortable and quiet with a lovely usable seating area just outside our door. "The team at reception and at the restaurant (dinner, breakfast) were professionals and very kind. There is a big issue with housekeeping : we stayed with a baby during 5 nights and we had to show we were upset: then they cleand our room ! In fact they never used the vacuum (but we asked for because the room was very dusty ) snd they made the befs only once in 5 nights !!!! 200 euro per night : the cleaning doesn’t deserve this money !!!!"
