The dining area seats six and the balcony seats an additional four around a round table, perfect for a nice dinner with family and friends. Enjoy a movie on the deluxe flat screen TV in the living room entertainment center as you relax on the comfy leather couches.

Sun Plaza West is the ultimate island retreat for any beach lover, as you have the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico just a short walk from the complex with no roads to cross! The complex provides elevator access to the unit, making it easily accessible and convenient. If you want a break from the sand feel free to take a dip in the complex's large heated pool or play a round of tennis on the courts. The unit's storage unit provides three bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and many other beach amenities so you can make the most of your vacation without the hassle of renting equipment.

**Please keep in mind if the elevator becomes inoperable due to any reason, the stairs will be the only form of transportation to and from your unit. BED & BATH DETAILS
The first bedroom lies just down the hall from the entrance of the condo, and has a plush queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, and plenty of extra space. Just adjacent to it is a shared bathroom, beautifully tiled with a shower and tub. Beside this is a hall closet stuffed to the brim with beach towels and a separate closet space for the in-unit washer and dryer. Next to the living room is the master bedroom, with a king-sized bed, screened private balcony, living room balcony access, personal TV and a deluxe tiled en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a walk-in closet. In addition to this, the living room couch pulls out into a queen-sized sleeper sofa.

EXTERIOR
You can catch a glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room balcony before you head down the elevator to the complex's very own beach path and jump in for a swim. Within the complex is a large heated pool where you can take a dip, as well as a wooden pool deck with plenty of chairs, tables and umbrellas for you to cool off under the shade in comfort. Don't forget to bring your rackets, as the complex also possess its own tennis court for guests and residents to use. If you'd like to explore the island, simply walk a block down to the trolley stop, where you can catch a ride to all of Anna Maria's hotspots on the free trolley. You can also take advantage of the bikes provided with the unit and bike down to the Holmes Beach Shopping Center and peruse the local gift shops or enjoy a delicious meal at The Feast.
