When you're ready for dinner, put your favorite cut of meat out on the grill, or use the fully upgraded kitchen to whip up some sides. In the evening, kick back in the living area with free WiFi and a Smart TV, or take a cocktail up to the rooftop patio for a front-row seat to the sunset.

Fran Maxon Real Estate is not responsible for pool or spa temperatures, closures or malfunctions. There will be days when the weather conditions will not allow pool heaters to accommodate swimming and temperature recovery times will vary.  No credit, discount and/or rate adjustment can be granted for items mentioned above or circumstances beyond our control.

Per the City Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours are to be observed between the hours of 10 pm to 8 am daily.  This includes noise at the pool area. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
City/town permit number: VRC19-000106. Local ordinances require guest stays of at least 7 nights.

Violations of rental terms and local ordinances may result in fines or immediate eviction from the property.
