Enjoy the outdoors on the various porches and the fantastic back yard area. Plenty of seating and sun loungers surround the lagoon shaped 26x17' pool, so you can bask in the Florida sunshine. Rinse off after the beach in the outdoor shower and splash away! Have a cocktail after your day at the beach or prepare the catch of the day in the outdoor kitchen and grill by the pool. The perfect way to end your day is a late-night swim or hang out and watch the game.

Optional pool heat up to 86º F is available from October to April at $150/week.Pool equipment is locked for safety and controls must not be tampered with. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly. Debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Pool equipment does not run 24 hours and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. When the ambient temperature falls below 60 degrees F, the pool heater may not function and even switch off.

Minimum stay: 7 nights and Maximum occupancy: 8 people

There are four parking spaces in the driveway and a garage to park your golf cart.
