'Do not stay here. The room we booked was suddenly unavailable so they “upgraded” us to a “better” room. The room we originally booked was a king, they gave us a queen spa suite. Which was newly renovated, but it was tiny and the jetted tub for two was definitely not for two adults. It was also in the middle of the room, and since the room was so small, you got the bed wet any time you used it. That jetted tub is also the only shower / bath in the room at all. Very weird. 'Alles wat je nodig hebt in je 'suite' aanwezig. Heel schone kamer, ze stellen 1 keer per week grote schoonmaak van je kamer, maar 1 vraag (douchegel aanvullen) aan de dames vd schoonmaak leidt meteen tot uitgebreide schoonmaak! Geluidsisolatie extern (buitenmuren/raam) uitstekend, tussen de kamers mocht iets beter.'

'Great location. Hotel appears to be in midst of renovating. Our room was clean, however when we moved the coffee table to fold out the couch, there were bits of chips that hadn’t been vacuumed. We were on the main floor and I had didn’t get the best sleep this stay due to “neighbors” being loud and slamming doors at 12:30am and then the next night we had loud people on the floor above us.'

'Room had a loud dripping noise coming from the bathroom ceiling vent all night, and the bathroom door would not close all the way to isolate it. My keycard didn't work the first time and I had to get it reprogrammed. I had no instructions given to me as to how to check out, and there was no drop box or the like for my keycards when I left before staff was there in the morning.'
