Welcome to Frankly Paradise, your family-friendly Surf City beach getaway with ocean and pool views, a private above-ground pool, and two public beach accesses just a 2-minute walk away.

Enjoy days at the beach, cool off in the pool, ride the provided beach bikes, or relax with games, movies, and plenty of space for the whole family.

Living & Gathering Spaces

The bright, open Family Room is perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Enjoy two full-size sofas, cozy lounge chairs, toys, games, puzzles, and movie nights on the 74-inch Smart TV with Roku.

The Cottage Closet is stocked with board games, card games, puzzles, and family favorites. Courtesy single and double air mattresses are also available if needed. If used, guests are asked to clean and properly store the mattresses and linens before checkout. A $150 linen/service fee applies if they are left for cleaning.

Fully Equipped Kitchen

Prepare family meals in the fully stocked kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, dining table, Keurig, air fryer, blender, crock pot, waffle maker, cookware, dishes, grilling tools, basic spices, and cooking essentials.

Bedrooms

Seahorse Suite: Wake up to ocean and pool views. Features a shortened king-size bed, Smart TV with Roku, desk, ceiling fan, full-length mirror, clothing hooks, and plenty of natural light.

Hawaiian Hut: Cozy tropical queen bedroom with Smart TV with Roku, ceiling fan, vanity, full-length mirror, clothing hooks, bedside lamps, and plenty of natural light.

Coral Cubby: Twin-over-twin bunk bed for two guests with an additional twin mattress tucked beneath the bottom bunk. Includes a Smart TV, ceiling fan, full-length mirror, closet with hangers, and plenty of natural light. Great for kids or teens.

Nautical Nook: Bright room featuring a triple-twin bunk for three guests, Smart TV with streaming access, ceiling fan, vanity, full-length mirror, clothing hooks, bedside lighting, and natural light.

Bathrooms

Palm Tree Full Bath: Single-sink vanity, toilet, tub/shower combination, hair dryer, first aid kit, fresh towels, and essential bath amenities.

Hibiscus Full Bath: Single-sink vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination with grab bars for additional safety and accessibility.

Topsail Half Bath: Conveniently located on the ground level so guests can freshen up after the beach or pool without tracking sand through the main house. Located near the outdoor shower, carport, grill, and Hideaway Hangout.

Hideaway Hangout

Teens and kids will love this separate ground-level retreat featuring two bunk beds for resting, a Smart TV for streaming or gaming, mini fridge, snack bar, and game table.

If the Hideaway beds are used, guests are asked to wash, dry, fold, and return the linens before checkout. A $50 linen fee applies if linens are left for cleaning.

Outdoor Living

Relax on the Front Porch with a picnic table, rocking chair, and glider while enjoying the ocean breeze.

The Back Porch offers a private tanning nook with loungers, Acacia wood bar-height chairs, porch swing, and peaceful ocean and pool views—perfect for morning coffee, afternoon sunshine, or a quiet evening.

The covered ground-level outdoor area includes free parking for up to 5 vehicles, an electric grill, picnic table, darts, cornhole, Spikeball, basketball, hot/cold outdoor shower, half bath, and convenient access to the Hideaway Hangout.

Private Pool

Enjoy your own professionally maintained private above-ground pool, perfect for cooling off after the beach or spending a relaxing afternoon at home. Children must be supervised at all times and all posted pool rules must be followed.

Additional Amenities & Guest Conveniences

Enjoy a fully enclosed private hot/cold outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach or pool. A premium electric grill makes outdoor cooking easy with no propane or charcoal required; please clean the grill after use to avoid a $150 cleaning fee.

A full-size washer and dryer, starter detergent pods, travel iron, ironing board, sewing kit, and laundry basket are available for guest use. Families traveling with little ones can also enjoy a Pack 'n Play and booster high chair.

The home's convenient central hallway connects the bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas, with exterior doors leading to both the front and rear decks for easy outdoor access, natural light, and ocean breezes.

Keys for the Beach Barn and Hideaway Hangout are located on the key rack near the front door. Please return all keys before checkout. Lost keys are subject to a $100 replacement fee per key.
