'These folks are amazing So helpful and kind'

'Gasten zijn redelijk luidruchtig Personeel niet klantgericht'

'Clean, good location, parking breakfast'

'Hotel is a little worn out, furniture needs to be replaced. Cushions are saggy. Staff was wonderful'

'Room was not cleaned daily. Trash was left for two days. Room was run down. Not a place I would recommend.'

'The property as a whole was fantastic, located very close to a lot of shopping and dining options. The room had a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of sitting room. The only downside was that one of the other rooms had a very loud barking dog. The breakfast was high quality and a very good selection.'

'In the middle of a torrential rain I could not get into my room and repeated calls to front desk went unanswered. '

'oude en versleten accomodatie. poetsen laat te wensen over.'

'For the price I paid for a one night stay couldn’t be beat compared to where I usually book when I come to Bedford. However, the bed was horribly uncomfortable, the hallways were so dim and creepy I felt like I was in the shining, and I could completely hear the guests conversation in the room next door to me through my bathroom vent. I think next time I might just spend the extra money.'

'We did not have heat, as the heating system blew cold and then hot air. Very noisy at night. 2am young parents let their 3 kids run around the hall. A baby was crying most of the night. We had to take a long trip to Canada without sleep. I will be disputing our bill with the bank Monday Morning.'
